Welcome to the website for the ESRC funded project ‘Chronic disease and healthy ageing at the intersections: social locations, biomarkers, and health practices’.
This project is exploring how different forms of inequality, such as those related to age, gender, ethnicity and socioeconomic position, interact over the life course to lead to diverse forms of health inequality in later life.
Updates on the project will be posted on this homepage. To read more about the project and the research team and to see a list of current outputs, please use the navigation menu. Please get in touch if you would like to discuss the project or intersectionality and healthy ageing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
