“Cocoon” App – An Interactive tool for exploring MAIHDA strata predictions

Running a MAIHDA model, but not sure where to start with interpreting your stratum-level predictions? We now have a tool for that!
We have developed a Shiny app tool that allows you to automatically link strata from different sorts of predictions.
If you input CSV files with the strata-level predictions / random effects from a MAIHDA model, the tool will:
– Generate caterpillar plots based on those predictions
– Allow you to highlight all the strata with particular characteristics (e.g. all the black female strata)
– Interactively identify a particular strata on one graph, and see where it is on the other graph
